Job Summary
Category Manager for World Food Specialities responsible for defining category strategy, managing product portfolio, pricing and promotions, analyzing market and competitors, leading relationships with brands and international partners, collaborating with sales and trade marketing to maximize impact at the point of sale, and managing the category P&L to ensure profitable and sustainable growth. Requires 7+ years of experience in FMCG/category management, P&L and budgeting experience, analytical profile with proficiency in market analysis tools (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI), strategic mindset with operational execution ability, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Más de 7 años de experiencia en Category Management en FMCG / alimentación
- Experiencia en gestión de P&L y control presupuestario
- Perfil analítico con manejo de herramientas de análisis de mercado (Nielsen, Kantar, IRI)
- Mentalidad estratégica con capacidad de ejecución operativa
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders
- Nivel alto de español e inglés
