Job Summary
Own product sourcing, vendor selection, and new product development within your assigned category. Lead vendor negotiations to build successful partnerships and organize site visits to monitor manufacturing processes and market trends. Support creative strategy for product catalogs and digital marketing layouts while driving profitability, quality, and data accuracy. Coach a team of Product Management Analysts and build relationships with internal leaders across Purchasing, Creative, and Quality Control. This strategic role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of experience in Product Management or Supply Chain, and availability to travel for tradeshows.
