Job Summary
Own the sourcing strategy for software, AI, and digital technologies supporting Quantum Systems' products across the entire lifecycle. Develop category strategies aligned with business objectives and execute make-or-buy decisions, supplier selection, and contract negotiations for cloud and digital solutions. Build and manage a strategic partner ecosystem to accelerate innovation while ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency. Partner with Engineering, Product, IT, Cybersecurity, and Legal to optimize procurement and capture advanced value. Manage supplier performance, commercial escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a reliable supply base. Ensure all activities comply with governance standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management of software, digital technologies, engineering software, and technology services
- Experience negotiating complex software, cloud, or technology contracts (on-prem, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
- 3 - 7 years of experience within the field of SW and IT procurement
- Degree in IT, SW, Computer Science, Digital Technologies, Business, or a comparable field
- Structured, ownership-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
