Job Summary
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect and logistics spend categories including Energy, Staffing, Professional Services, IT-TELECOM, MRO, and Logistics. Develop category strategies, manage RFQs and RFPs, and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings and value creation. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Facilities, and Plant teams to align sourcing with business requirements and support budgeting and forecasting. Identify and onboard qualified suppliers while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and risk management protocols. Analyze spend data and market trends to optimize cost, quality, and service levels, with a focus on supplier consolidation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in Indirect Purchase
- Logistics functional expertise
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%
