Category Manager (senior)

Manage and develop an own assortment within one or multiple product categories by analyzing market developments and translating customer needs into commercial opportunities. Initiate and guide product developments from introduction to discontinuation while building strong relationships with international suppliers focused on price, quality, sustainability, and chain transparency. Monitor sales, margin, and inventory developments, steering adjustments where necessary through intensive collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Quality Management. Synthesize diverse interests while maintaining oversight in a dynamic organization. Report to the Manager Category Management within a team of four Category Managers, contributing to the 2030 goal of a fully circular assortment in a growing family business.
