Job Summary
Oversee and develop the wine/category portfolio across on-trade, off-trade, and retail; manage the category P&L, pricing, demand planning, and forecasting; analyze monthly depletion, sales trends, and inventory; evaluate new product performance and supplier terms; identify and source products aligned with international trends; build and execute market and customer engagement strategies; lead retail merchandising, education initiatives, and client interactions; collaborate with department heads to integrate the portfolio into initiatives and support sales with trade proposals; deliver regular reporting via Salesforce/CRM and BI dashboards; provide training to sales and retail staff to enhance product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- WSET Level 3+ (Level 4 / CMS certification preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in wine/category/commercial roles, with GCC experience preferred.
