Job Summary
Category Manager for Professional Services and Marketing procurement, focusing on indirect spend. Lead strategic sourcing, develop RFXs, perform supplier negotiations, and drive cost savings while ensuring contract compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate category spend, assess supplier performance, and implement multi-year sourcing plans. Build business cases with ROI analyses, manage risk, and promote global procurement best practices. Requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience in Procurement or category management
- Experience with RFx, negotiations with suppliers
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- CPSM, CPM, CPP, CPIM or other designation preferred but not required
