Job Summary
Category Manager for Professional and Managed Services in Securitas IT. Owns and manages the Professional Services and Managed Services category, driving category strategy, supplier portfolio optimization, and commercial performance. Leads sourcing change management, develops and executes sourcing strategies, conducts RFx processes and negotiations, establishes supplier governance, oversees SOW definitions, participates in governance forums, and acts as SPOC for designated suppliers. Builds relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, analyzes spend data, identifies cost optimization opportunities, and reports realized savings. Requires a genuine procurement background, cross-border experience, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization; university degree and procurement qualifications are advantageous. Hybrid work model available in Poland (Warsaw) or Sweden (Stockholm).
Required Qualifications
- university degree in a relevant field
- procurement/sourcing experience
- CIPS or CPM (advantage)
- minimum 7 years in procurement/sourcing
- experience with major IT vendors and cross-border work
- strong negotiation and contract management skills
