Job Summary
Own the category management role for Assortments, Pricing, Offers, and Supply across the tMart grocery concept. Monitor economic performance against sales, gross margin, and profit while implementing commercial strategy and pricing guidelines. Manage local suppliers through selection, negotiation, and purchasing, ensuring cost efficiency and resolving supply issues. Develop the country promotion calendar, forecast replenishment, and execute promotional events while analyzing consumer trends and competitor activity. Provide input to Ops team flows, adjacencies, and tools. Work in an international setting across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman, and Iraq, engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
