Job Summary
Category Manager-Packaging leads packaging material sourcing for PVM China, develops supplier networks, and drives supplier development and performance evaluation to support local procurement strategies. Responsible for new material/supplier sourcing, cost-reengineering projects for packaging materials and processing aids, and coordinating with Global/Regional teams on OC Packaging material, POSM, and OEM strategies. Manages supplier relationships, implements cost-structure management for key materials, supports new material development plans, and tracks procurement processes through contracts, acceptance checks, and invoice issues. Requires English fluency and FMCG sourcing/leadership experience; proficient with SAP and MS Office; strong collaboration and continuous improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Above
- 8 years relevant sourcing, supplier development experience in FMCG manufactory
- Team management experience preferred
- Fluent English in both writing and oral
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Proficient in SAP, Outlook, Excel, PPT
