Job Summary
Category Manager - Operations & Asset Lifecycle responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract management for campus operations and retrofit projects across Europe; manages supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, collaborates with operations, support teams and project managers across multiple countries, drives CSR and ethical practices in procurement, and oversees budget, risk, compliance, and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Procurement
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement (Opex/Capex)
- Proven experience in managing international tenders and negotiating complex contracts
- Experience procuring services and equipment for maintenance, renovation, and optimization of facilities (multi-technical maintenance, facility management, security services, connectivity)
- Fluent in English and French
