Job Summary
Own end-to-end performance and strategy of a defined product or category across markets and sales channels, delivering revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive differentiation throughout the product lifecycle. Develop and deliver category roadmaps aligned to business objectives, define value propositions for target users and markets, generate market insights (segmentation, forecasting, competitor analysis), and own the full lifecycle from concept to end-of-life. Set and manage commercial targets (revenue, margin, growth), lead pricing strategy and value-based selling to maximise margin, drive new product development (business cases, specifications, cross-functional delivery), oversee marketing direction, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong stakeholder relationships to enable aligned decision-making. Requires familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, product lifecycle management tools, and willingness to work across various UK locations; UK Driving Licence is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Category or Product Management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, production processes, and supply chain dynamics
- Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and product lifecycle management tools
- Must have a valid UK Driving Licence
