Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end production and stocking of Mystery Packs, forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory for retail and online channels, plan production schedules to prevent stockouts or overproduction, curate pack contents for quality and consistency, refine pack composition based on performance and feedback, collaborate with purchasing and operations to source and allocate inventory, and monitor category performance to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising, or product curation preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast demand and optimize product mix
- Attention to detail, especially around product quality and consistency
- Interest in trading cards, collectibles, or similar hobby markets is a plus
