Job Summary
Category Manager - Machine Investment responsible for developing and implementing global category strategies across CAPEX and machine investments, coordinating across business lines and production sites, managing supplier relationships and contracts, identifying and mitigating risks, maintaining category performance metrics and master data, and collaborating with engineering, project managers, and R&D. The role reports to the Director, Machine Investments, operates in a hybrid setup based in Malmö or Karlskrona with 20–30 days of travel per year, requires a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering, Economics, or Management and at least 5 years of experience in Category Management, and emphasizes sustainability and a green transition. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools, fluency in English, and SAP experience are advantageous.
