Job Summary
Analyze and manage the current and new assortment within the Kits direction by performing deep-dive data analysis, investigating discrepancies, and developing hypotheses to maximize revenue. Execute operational tasks for the category, maintain comprehensive project documentation in Jira/Confluence, and visualize performance metrics using PowerBI or Metabase. Formulate technical requirements for developers and analysts, monitor execution, and control deadlines while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve blockers. This role supports assortment strategy and category performance optimization at AUTODOC, leveraging advanced Excel and BI skills to drive growth across Europe's largest auto parts platform.
Required Qualifications
- High level organizational skills
- Advanced MS Excel/Google spreadsheets Expertise
- Technical Interaction: Proven experience in setting tasks for technical teams (developers/analysts) and managing the delivery pipeline
- English Language: B2/C1 level (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced) – capable of fluent written and verbal communication with international colleagues
- Fluent in Russian
- High level of analytical skills and logical reasoning
- Detective Mindset, Problem Solving: Strong capability and desire to dig for information, navigate ambiguity, and figure out complex issues independently
- Ability to bring tasks to the finish line; focuses on delivering a working solution rather than getting stuck on perfectionism
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and business teams
Desired Qualifications
- Successful experience in project management as an additional advantage
- BI Tools Knowledge: Experience with Metabase (or similar systems) is a plus
- ability to create and use PowerBI reports is highly desirable
