Job Summary

Lead and manage procurement activities for CSS Material and Electronic Systems suppliers, overseeing approximately $100MM in spend while driving strategy and optimizing supplier relationships. Develop and implement category strategies, lead negotiations for contracts and pricing, and monitor spend to execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Identify innovative suppliers for new product development and conduct market research to align with organizational goals. Work closely with internal stakeholders including R&D, Engineering, and Finance to support EP/NV growth, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team in a complex, regulated MedTech environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience
  • 4 years of procurement experience
  • focus on components and raw material suppliers
  • Procurement experience working with components and products related to Electrophysiology industry
  • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic procurement plans in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong negotiation skills
