Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic category plans for CSS Material and Electronic Systems suppliers, overseeing approximately $100MM in annual spend. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with new and existing suppliers to align with quality standards and business objectives. Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing while managing risk and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. Monitor procurement spend, implement cost-saving initiatives, and conduct market research to inform industry trends and supplier performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Finance, and R&D to support new product development and the EP/NV growth strategy. Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team within a complex, regulated MedTech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience
- 4 years of procurement experience
- focus on components and raw material suppliers
- Procurement experience working with components and products related to Electrophysiology industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic procurement plans in a manufacturing environment
- Strong negotiation skills
