Job Summary
Lead the strategy, performance, and supplier governance of the Professional & Business Services category—primarily in the Americas—while aligning regional execution with global priorities to deliver value and partner with the business across a complex services landscape. Translate global PBS category strategy into Americas execution plans with savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency improvements. Build and manage a robust savings pipeline through demand management, specification optimization, and full spend visibility. Lead strategic supplier and ecosystem management, including segmentation, performance governance, consolidation, and MSP oversight. Drive commercial excellence through complex sourcing and negotiations while owning contracting frameworks (rate cards, SoWs, outcome-based models). Act as a strategic business partner, influencing stakeholders, aligning procurement with business priorities, and enabling fact-based decision making. This role is onsite with in-person presence required, and the company emphasizes collaboration and cross-functional partnership to achieve measurable value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement/Category Management (preferably Professional Services)
- strong track record in supplier negotiations, commercial value delivery, and ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global, matrix organization
- experience managing top-tier professional services suppliers
- understanding of SoW-based procurement, external workforce models, and data-driven decision making
