Job Summary
Own and execute category strategy for indirect spend, including sourcing events (RFx), contracting, supplier performance management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver value beyond price. Drive governance and compliance with enterprise procurement policies, manage supplier relationships and performance (KPI-driven), and maintain documentation for sourcing decisions and contracts while collaborating cross-functionally using tools like Excel, SAP, or HRIS to produce reports and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5-8 years of related experience
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Experience supporting indirect spend categories within a structured procurement environment
