Job Summary

Own and manage the home computing accessories marketplace category end-to-end, driving P&L through pricing, margins, and commercial trade-offs. Set and execute category strategy including assortment and planograms; optimize performance based on data. Manage and grow marketplace partner relationships with cross-functional collaboration to win in the market. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform decisions and drive growth. Remote-first with in-person interactions for strategic collaboration in the Lower Mainland, BC. 5+ years of category management experience and strong negotiation/analytical skills are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of category management experience in retail/e-commerce/marketplace environments with end-to-end ownership of a product category
  • Strong commercial and P&L ownership including pricing, margin management, GMV and profitability metrics
  • Ability to manage category strategy and vendor/accounts with relationship management
  • Analytical and market-driven mindset with data-driven decision making
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
