Category Manager - Health and Wellness

Job Summary
Lead the full category strategy for Health & Wellness across offline and e-commerce channels. Drive sales growth and profitability through effective assortment planning, pricing, and promotions. Manage supplier relationships and inventory availability while delivering an excellent customer experience. Demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills with advanced Excel and reporting capabilities; experience with ERP/forecasting systems and strong stakeholder management are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in FMCG or Retail Category Management, preferably in Health & Wellness
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial planning skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Experience working with ERP/forecasting systems is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
