Job Summary
Category Manager for Haibike at Accell Group. You will own the product and innovation roadmap, translate consumer needs and market insights into a strong portfolio, develop and maintain the annual model planning, represent the brand’s product lineup and NPIs, define innovation priorities with the Brand Manager, brief product teams, and develop pricing strategies to reduce complexity and support innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with marketing, sales, and operations for global GTM execution, while coordinating timelines and deliverables. The role requires a structured, process-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in an international, fast-paced environment. Travel across Europe is expected. Fluency in English and German is required. The position offers a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working in Schweinfurt area, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, or a related field
- A few years of experience in a product or category management role
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel across Europe
