Job Summary
Category Manager role responsible for driving growth via a product category strategy for a luxury haircare brand in the UK & Ireland. Analyzes sales data, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize product mix and pricing, identifies customer targets, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to secure 360 support across channels. Ensures category profitability and alignment with marketing strategy; partners with Head of Category and Trade Marketing to upskill teams on activations, promotions and new product launches; uses data to size opportunities, forecast demand, and shape category roadmap while tracking consumer trends and competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Hair/Beauty/Fashion/Luxury marketing or Knowledge of Fashion and premium brand behaviour
- Exceptional P&L and Commercial acumen
- Deep understanding of category management and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive category performance
- Expertise in category management, pricing & promotional strategies, and retail optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and external facing customers
