Job Summary
Maintain continuity within the Electrical & Automation (E&A) domain by managing commercial and contractual agreements and supporting strategic E&A projects. Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to the implementation of new contract frameworks. Participate in multidisciplinary system platform teams for IT, on-board battery development, drives, and propulsion systems. Identify opportunities and risks within supplier relationships and ensure progress on ongoing dossiers requiring specific knowledge. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management teams to drive governance development. This temporary role offers direct impact on strategic E&A initiatives within Damen's international shipbuilding organization.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische, commerciële of bedrijfskundige richting
- Ervaring als Category Manager, Contract Manager, Procurement Professional of een vergelijkbare functie
- Kennis van contractmanagement, leveranciersmanagement en commerciële onderhandelingen
- Affiniteit met Electrical & Automation systemen en technische innovatie
- Ervaring binnen een projectmatige, internationale of technisch georiënteerde organisatie
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Het vermogen om relaties op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie op te bouwen en te onderhouden
