Job Summary
Category Manager to support end-to-end category management for computing hardware and IT services, building the assortment and supplier relationships to offer the best selection at the best price. Responsible for analyzing key metrics, identifying range gaps, negotiating with brands, developing long-term category strategies tailored to the local market, monitoring inventory, supporting sales strategies and promotional campaigns, and collaborating with Supply Chain, App Development, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class service for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Procurement, Merchandising or buying experience within relevant categories
- e-Commerce experience in computing and electronics categories
- Understanding of consumers with market insights and purchasing expertise
- Exceptional analytical abilities, data sensitivity, and logical thinking
- Effective communicator with a passion for continuous learning
- Highly driven, innovative, team-oriented, and committed to aligning personal contributions with organisational goals
