Job Summary
Category Manager proactively develops beverage insights for the Refresco Commercial Strategy Team and top customers, performing in-depth analytics of syndicated data (IRI/Circana/Nielsen), providing strategic recommendations, and delivering insights across verbal, email, spreadsheets, charts, and presentations. Collaborates with Commercial Business Managers to understand key customers and business objectives, utilizes Walmart Retail Link and Circana tools to support Walmart and other customers, analyzes data to uncover opportunities, and communicates clear, data-driven recommendations to internal and external stakeholders while leveraging expertise in planograms, data visualization, and MS Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance related field
- 3-5 years of Category Management work experience
- Experience interacting directly with sales and business teams
- Strong knowledge of Walmart’s Retail Link and related measures
- Experience with data modeling and visualization tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery, SAP Datasphere/SAC)
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Willingness to relocate to NA corporate offices in Tampa, FL (as per description)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 10-25%
