Job Summary
Own category or brand performance, including P&L management and growth targets. Develop and execute strategies across pricing, assortment, promotions, and merchandising. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and drive decision-making. Build and manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and joint business planning. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations to deliver results. Identify and launch new products or initiatives to accelerate category growth. Continuously optimize the customer experience while driving commercial outcomes. Requires 4+ years of experience in category management or similar commercial roles with a data-driven mindset. Operates at the intersection of analytics, vendor partnerships, and ecommerce execution within a Fortune 500 environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in category management, brand management, or similar commercial roles
- Strong blend of analytical skills, business ownership, and vendor interaction
- Experience in ecommerce, retail, or related category environments
- Demonstrated business acumen across pricing, assortment, promotions, and P&L ownership
- Proven ability to manage vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of turning insights into action
- Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Exposure to supply chain, forecasting, and inventory planning
