Job Summary
Category Manager responsible for developing and governing strategic supplier and category sourcing solutions in a global, multicultural environment. Lead high-impact negotiations, manage key international stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous cost optimization. Core duties include owning global spend for assigned material categories, conducting data-driven benchmarking to achieve tangible savings, evaluating and managing relationships with global vendors to ensure alignment with objectives and ethical standards, leading negotiation of framework agreements including pricing, terms, discounts, and rebates, collaborating across ATS divisions to tailor category strategies, contributing to cost-saving workshops and Value Analysis/Value Engineering initiatives, and acting as the primary point of contact for complex supply chain issues.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Procurement, Business Management, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum of 5–8 years of strategic sourcing and project management experience
- Data analytics proficiency with ERP-derived data (advanced Excel)
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
Desired Qualifications

- Minimum of 5–8 years of strategic sourcing and project management experience
- Advanced capability to manage, analyze, and extract insights from large datasets derived from ERP systems (excellent Excel skills)
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels, with a proven ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams
