Job Summary
Lead Apparel Strategy and assortment development for men’s, women’s, and kids’ apparel. Curate winning assortments by sourcing products that balance trend, quality, and value; analyze category performance, pricing, and promotions to optimize profitability; negotiate contracts with vendors to secure competitive cost structures; collaborate with Store Operations, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Inventory Management to ensure cohesive presentation and timely replenishment; drive private-brand performance through assortment planning and promotional programs; monitor trends and customer feedback to shape future assortments and achieve sales, gross margin, and inventory targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience)
