Job Summary
Activate promotional campaigns and initiatives across the customer base by explaining activation vision, developing in-store point-of-sale (POS) requirements, and working with marketing to create appropriate campaign plans. Engage brand and category teams on channel requirements and timelines while tracking, evaluating, and reporting activity versus plan to recommend improvements and strategic insights. Lead the development of trade marketing for category annual plans, participate in strategic decisions based on market dynamics, and build sales quotas to accomplish annual targets. Monitor competition's commercial activity to detect business opportunities and threats, and play a leadership role within multi-category teams to drive innovations and achieve targets.
