Category Executive, Arla - Leeds

Category Executive role in Leeds at Arla, focusing on category and commercial growth for leading dairy brands. You’ll turn market, shopper and customer insights into category-led plans land with retailers, driving growth for customers and Arla. Responsibilities include tailoring, planning and executing short-, medium-, and long-term category growth plans with owned customers; combining market, shopper and customer insights to identify opportunities and lead category initiatives; collaborating with Sales and Marketing to translate growth plans into outstanding customer execution; delivering insights to support range and merchandising recommendations; acting as the internal convenience channel champion and supporting the wider category team on ad-hoc projects. Successful candidates will have graduate level education (or 1+ years in an FMCG/category or sales role), strong analytical and numerical skills, and be able to build relationships and influence across Category, Sales and Marketing with a proactive, delivery-focused approach.
