Job Summary
Negotiate and contractualize long-term agreements with strategic partners to increase SBM competitiveness and security of supply. Monitor vendor financial data, load levels, capacity, and investment plans while performing market analysis to ensure commercial agreements match project and operations needs. Support the negotiation of packages and services using benchmark and cost breakdown models, bringing Total Cost of Ownership parameters into the equation. Resolve disputes and claims, manage manufacturing performance, and handle slot allocations when vendor relationships are at risk. Measure and report savings from category strategy implementation and supply chain KPIs. Issue Purchase Orders for key scopes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management within the oil and gas industry
- Commercial Acumen
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Market knowledge for the targeted products
- Knowledge in Total Cost of Ownership methodology
- Understanding of Cost Breakdown models
- Good understanding of the products in your category in liaison with technical stakeholders
