Job Summary
Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple functions and regions to drive sourcing initiatives for contingent workforce, marketing services, finance services, and management consulting. Lead supplier selection processes, contract negotiations, and performance reviews while managing risk mitigation activities. Develop and optimize service and work contracts, deliver measurable cost savings, and support global procurement transformation projects including SAP Ariba implementation. Ensure delivery against procurement KPIs and savings targets while collaborating with senior leadership. Requires several years of indirect procurement experience, proficiency in SAP Ariba, and fluent English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management and contract negotiations
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in SAP
Desired Qualifications
- experience with SAP Ariba is highly preferred
