Job Summary
Lead all category analysis as the dedicated SME for respective customers to drive category growth, collaborate with customer leads to develop category strategies and reporting, train team on best-in-class category analysis standards, and maintain an organized repository of category analysis work. Leverage internal, customer, syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) for performance insights, scorecards, holiday promos, and annual planning; support with analysis to position Swire brands, and influence stakeholders through clear presentation of findings. Requires strong analytical abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive, resourceful execution in a beverage-industry context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Certified Professional Category Manager certification preferred
- 2+ years category management experience required
- 2+ years space planning or category management experience required
- 4+ years analytical experience required
- 1+ years analytical role with customer interaction preferred
- 4+ years experience as a category manager in the beverage industry required
- Experience in Circana/Nielsen syndicated data required
- Experience organizing/executing cross-functional projects
- Experience building & presenting analysis to sales/customers
- Demonstrated ability to influence others
- Knowledge of sales and business processes, forecasting and planning
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
