Job Summary
Lead all category analyses as the dedicated SME for selected customers/channels to position Swire brands for category growth. Collaborate with customer leads to develop category strategies and reporting to measure effectiveness; train teams on best-in-class category analysis standards; maintain a structured repository of category analysis work; support ongoing category planning and ad hoc analysis, including scorecards, holiday recaps, and promotional analyses. Strong analytical capability, data-driven storytelling, and ability to influence stakeholders across functions are required; experience with Circana/Nielsen data and beverage industry preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Certified Professional Category Manager certification preferred
- 2+ years category management work experience
- 2+ years space planning or category management experience
- 4+ years analytical experience
- 1+ years analytical role with customer interaction preferred
- 4+ years experience as a category manager in the beverage industry required
- Experience with Circana/Nielsen syndicated data
- Experience organizing/executing projects across multiple functions
- Experience building & presenting analysis to sales/customers
