Job Summary
Manage daily contact with a major retail account to drive revenues and margins by executing strategic client business plans. Work on-site at the customer location 3-5 days a week, analyzing sales data and market trends to create category growth plans and product assortment options. Collaborate directly with Walmart merchants as an objective category expert, tracking product performance and adjusting strategies to maximize sales and profit. Present TD SYNNEX solutions and offerings, manage moderate-level project escalations, and lead responses to RFPs and strategic presentations. Travel up to 25% for top customer events and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
- 4-year degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Work on site at the customer location 3-5 days a week

- Analytical and reporting: prepare/analyze reports; interpret numerical data and trends; perform calculations; think strategically and tactically
- Technology proficiency: advanced use of business applications (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, databases); accurate data entry; quickly learn new systems
- Adaptability and resilience: perform effectively under pressure and deadlines; adapt readily to change
- Professionalism and integrity: maintain confidentiality and uphold company, social, and ethical standards
- Independence: work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively
- On-call availability required as necessary
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years or Retail Link/Supplier one experience an asset
