Develop the food category strategy from HEMA's vision using market trends, consumer behavior, and data to create annual plans for assortment, pricing, and promotions. Build a distinctive food assortment ranging from sweet snacks to trendy beverages and festive items while driving profitability through purchase price, recipe, and promotional effectiveness. Lead two Product Managers, coach them, and develop talent while steering the full category process from concept to store shelf with clear milestone planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-commerce, Planning, and Operations to ensure successful plan execution. Manage assortment presentation across physical stores and online channels. Requires Hbo level, minimum five years of retail food category experience, and leadership capabilities.
