Job Summary
Catchment Support Midlands oversees day-to-day operations of Sherpa Kids schools in the Midland area (Longford, Meath, Roscommon), supervising staff, engaging with children and families, ensuring compliance with systems and procedures, and supporting program delivery to meet Sherpa Kids standards. Responsibilities include maintaining daily activities, coordinating with principals and staff, leading a team, ensuring professional and compliant operations, and leveraging technology tools (Word, Outlook, Teams). Requires experience with school-aged children, driving licence with own car, Garda vetting, FAR training, and strong written/spoken English; familiarity with Sherpa Kids policies and references checks are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience with school-aged children
- Own car and valid Drivers licence
- Garda vetting (essential)
- Work Permit/VISA essential for more than 20 hours a week
- FAR training certificate
- Knowledge of child development
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- 2 written references checks
