Job Summary
Handles a variety of insurance claims with defined loss potential; reviews and processes claims; negotiates settlements within delegated authority; coordinates with loss adjusters and subject-matter experts; conducts fraud investigations and fraud-management activities; provides operational support and document preparation; ensures regulatory compliance and policy adherence; requires Matric and/or Diploma with NQF Level 6 and 2–3 years’ experience in commercial underwriting.
