Job Summary
Conduct reactor and tower maintenance services at petrochemical facilities nationwide, including inert and non-inert confined space entries, catalyst bed loading, and vessel inspections. Operate company vehicles, multi-gas detectors, and retrieval devices while maintaining a clean work environment and reporting unusual findings. Support rescue operations and adhere to strict quality assurance procedures. Wear life support equipment and undergo required fit testing. Work variable hours on a project-based schedule with extensive travel across the U.S. and overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Possession of a valid TWIC
- Possession of a valid Driver's License
- Clean Background Check
- Ability to pass a drug screen (breath, urine, follicle)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to maintain a clean environment and report unusual findings in vessel such as fused catalyst or hot spots, etc. to Supervisor
- Must be able to unload and load tubular vessels
- Must be able to adhere to all Quality Assurance and Quality Control requirements
- Must be able to load catalyst bed
- Must be able to assist with the cleaning and correct loading of equipment and trailers
- Must be able to support the Supervisors by keeping work areas clear and free of obstructions
- Must be able to learn the proper function and usage of the Life Support equipment and its safety factors
- Must be able to wear the Life Support equipment on non-inert confined space entries
- Must be able to gain experience on its usage and safety for future growth and advancement
- Must be able to operate the retrieval devised and multi-gas portable detectors
- Must be able to monitor the surrounding and dangers associated with entering confined spaces
- Must be able to follow all Company Quality Control/Quality Assurance procedures and processes
- Must be able to possess skills necessary to perform confined space entries (non-inert)
- Must be able to pass all required drug/alcohol testing and background requirements
