Job Summary
Catalog Operation Specialist for Voice of Seller leads the management of Coupang Taiwan's core catalog operations for self-operated and third-party seller items. Responsible for creating, editing, and removing product data, and training/guiding Operators. Acts as the primary contact for seller catalog issues within the Voice of Seller team, collaborating with Engineering and Customer Support to continuously improve catalog quality and meet SLA commitments. Responsibilities include Root Cause Analysis of seller-reported catalog issues, optimizing Buybox-focused products, identifying and communicating system improvement needs, independently completing tasks per SOP, and auditing seller submissions to provide correct and consistent guidance and responses.
Required Qualifications

- 具備賣家或客戶諮詢/客服相關經驗
- 對電子商務營運模式具備扎實理解
