Catalog Operation Specialist – Voice of Seller 團隊在 Coupang 台灣負責自營與第三方賣家商品的核心商品目錄營運,涵蓋商品資料的建立、編輯與下架,並訓練與指導 Operators;與工程、客服等跨部門協作,持續提升商品目錄品質,透過制定與遵循 SLA 及 SOP,確保能即時且準確回應賣家需求,並識別重複性問題的根本原因,推動長期解決方案,防止問題再次發生。
Required Qualifications
- 熟悉 Excel 操作,或對數據分析具高度興趣
- 具備賣家或客戶諮詢/客服相關經驗
- 對電子商務營運模式具備扎實理解
