Job Summary
Review patient history and physician orders, then educate patients on procedures and equipment to ensure cooperation. When ordered, prepare and administer contrast media or medications, while continuously monitoring patient condition and reporting status changes. Position patients, perform imaging procedures, and analyze results to identify quality issues, taking action to resolve them by repositioning or repeating scans as needed. Prepare equipment, implement safety standards, perform quality control, and troubleshoot malfunctions. Enter, transmit, and report scan results. Work full-time night shifts (5x8s or 4x10s) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a 24-month commitment.
Required Qualifications
- current NM Radiologic Technologist license
- graduate of an ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine
- associate's degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) current upon hire
- ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB registry in Radiology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine
- ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
- full-time, night shift role
- 5x8s or 4x10s schedule
- Monday through Thursday from 11 pm to 9 am
- Monday through Friday from 12 am to 8 am
- 11 pm to 7 am
