Job Summary
Review patient history and physician orders, then educate patients on procedures and equipment to ensure cooperation. Prepare and administer contrast media or medications when ordered, while continuously monitoring patient condition and reporting status changes. Position patients and perform imaging procedures, analyzing results to identify quality issues and taking corrective action as needed. Prepare equipment and supplies, implementing safety standards and performing quality control procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, then enter, transmit, and report scan results. This full-time night shift role offers schedule flexibility with 5x8s or 4x10s rotations.
Required Qualifications
- current NM Radiologic Technologist license
- graduate of an ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB accredited program in Radiologic Technology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine
- associate's degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) current upon hire
- ARRT, JRCERT, ARMRIT, or NMTCB registry in Radiology, Radiation Therapy, MR, or Nuclear Medicine
- ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography (CT)
- full-time commitment
- night shift availability
- 5x8s or 4x10s schedule availability
- Monday through Thursday availability from 11 pm to 9 am
- Monday through Friday availability from 12 am to 8 am
- Monday through Friday availability from 11 pm to 7 am
