Casualty Claims Specialist

Investigate and settle complex automobile bodily injury and liability claims, including severe injuries and coverage-related litigation. Review assigned files to determine course of action, conduct thorough investigations, and maintain accurate documentation of coverage, liability status, and damages. Process claims in accordance with established procedures, research case and statutory law, and document policy status for re-insurer notification. Prepare claim evaluations for settlement authority and maintain reasonable expense factors while collaborating with third parties, counsel, and leadership. Requires 3-5 years of casualty claims experience and ability to pass state licensing examinations.
