Job Summary
The Casualty Claims Associate will manage a range of administrative and claims-support tasks in a hybrid Glendale, CA role. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day office operations (scheduling, supplies, greeting visitors, correspondence, office systems), handling office payables, maintaining and updating contact sheets, collecting/scanning/distributing mail, answering mail/claims inquiries, participating in special projects, assisting in training new team members, and verifying transactions. Required skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams; strong verbal and written communication; detail orientation; the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to collaborate within a team. Spanish speaking is a plus.
