Job Summary
Casualty and Financial Lines Specialist leading end-to-end management of a diverse portfolio including directors and officers, fiduciary, and employment practices liability claims. Own adjudication from first notice to resolution across primary and excess environments, collaborating with clients, brokers, operations, and cross-functional teams to drive timely, favorable claim outcomes. Responsibilities include portfolio analysis to identify trends, contributing to product development and policy wording, liaising with actuarial, finance, and risk management, representing the team at industry events, and engaging with international colleagues to share US trends. This role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, exceptional communication, the ability to work across multiple stakeholders, and travel up to 5–10% with a hybrid in-office schedule (at least three days per week). Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- Financial Lines Claims Experience
- Adjudication Expertise
- Licensing: adjuster licenses across jurisdictions (willing to acquire)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter mindset ability to work with minimal supervision
- Travel willingness 5–10%
- Hybrid work model in a US-office environment (in-office at least three days/week)
