Job Summary
Pick and load customer orders accurately and ensure all dispatched products meet quality standards. Operate forklifts safely and manage product movements and storage within the warehouse. Complete associated documentation and scanning requirements while following warehouse procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment by performing general housekeeping duties as needed. This role operates across day, afternoon, and night shifts between Monday to Friday. Candidates must hold a current LF Forklift Licence and have prior experience with RF scanning equipment. Alpine MDF Industries manufactures and distributes Medium Density Fibreboard products nationally and internationally from its facility in Wangaratta.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence
- Have previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Have experience using RF scanning equipment
- Demonstrate knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory handling practices
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be committed to workplace health and safety
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical, including a physical assessment and drug and alcohol testing
- Work across all shifts between Monday to Friday
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
