Job Summary
Assists with the issue and receipt of equipment for the customer during exercises, conducts operator maintenance and function checks on the Mission System, helps set up the Exercise Control Centre and After-Action Review facilities, conducts pre-exercise training for players, operates an analysis station within the control centre, observes and analyzes tactical events to support multimedia After-Action Reviews, assists in collecting training observations and producing the Take Home Pack summarizing lessons learned, and supports management in refining standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality training delivery and readiness. Also assists in setup/pack-up of equipment, and supports engineers with SOP refinement; requires ability to travel and work outdoors.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Eligibility to obtain and hold an Australian Defence Industry security clearance
- Understands environment and terminology used by Army, specifically in Combined Arms Training up to Combat Team level
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Ability to travel as required and work outdoors
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment while maintaining service quality
