Job Summary
Prepare and serve food at stations while ensuring pots, pans, and the dish room remain clean and dry. Wash tables and chairs, remove trash, and replenish napkins, silverware, and condiments as needed. Clean toaster and microwave areas, assist with stocking items, and follow FIFO rules, plan-o-grams, and par sheets. Adhere to health codes and policies throughout the shift. Perform these duties under the supervision of management in restaurants, cafes, retail shops, and stock rooms. Enjoy complimentary dining at our on-campus restaurants and cafes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds occasionally
- Occasional computer use
- Has a general knowledge of, understands and follows health codes and policies
